Return, Exchange, and After-Sales Policy

2. Basic After-Sales Information
All products in our store undergo strict quality inspection before shipment to ensure guaranteed quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a 14-calendar-day return/exchange right from the date of receipt. Eligible returns can receive a full refund, which will be returned via the original payment method.

3. Personal “No-Reason” Return Policy
Within 14 days of receiving your order, you may apply for a return due to personal reasons. Please contact customer service via email before returning the item.

Returns will only be accepted if they meet one of the following conditions:
Items with original factory seals intact, unopened;
Products retain original packaging and all original accessories.

Important Notes:
Do not send items back without contacting customer service first; unapproved returns will not be accepted.
After receiving official return instructions, please ship the package within 14 days.
For personal no-reason returns, the buyer bears the return shipping cost.

4. Damaged / Wrong / Malfunctioning Products
If the product is damaged, the wrong model/style, or has functional defects, please email customer service with photos or videos as proof.
These issues can also be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Customers can choose a full refund or free replacement.
Return shipping for defective items will be prepaid by us.

5. General Return Packaging & Shipping Requirements
Email customer service with the reason for return; they will provide specific return instructions.
Except for quality or wrong-shipment issues, return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Securely pack the item to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the return shipping label flat on the front of the package, covering any old addresses or barcodes, without overlapping other labels.
Fill in the designated return address, attach sufficient postage, and send via your nearest post office or a reputable courier.

6. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled for free within 24 hours before shipment. For shipped orders, please follow the return/exchange policy to request after-sales service.

7. Lost Package Handling
If your package has not arrived 2 days past the estimated delivery date, email customer service. We will verify the logistics with the courier within 5 business days.
If confirmed lost, you may choose a full refund or a free replacement.
If the courier provides proof of delivery but you did not receive the package, we currently do not support a refund or replacement. It is recommended to contact the courier or your local property management to investigate.

8. Undeliverable Package Returns
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information, keep your phone reachable, and track your shipment promptly.

Common reasons for returned packages: prolonged inability to contact the recipient, incomplete address.
If a returned package arrives at the warehouse, provide correct information within 14 days for free reshipment.
If no feedback is given within 14 days, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.

9. Refund Processing Time
Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes quality inspection, the refund process will be initiated immediately. After approval, refunds to the original payment method typically take 7–15 business days to complete.
